From Zig Ziglar

"If we don't start, it's certain we can't arrive."

The first step to achieving a goal is to actually have the will to reach it. When we wake up to go to school or work, we must have the will to get up and get ready in order for us to arrive to our destination.
If we don't have the will, the chances of us reaching our goals are very slim. It's certain we can't arrive.

  2. I can understand how you feel about your quote. I can see how if we don't actually start with something (a goal) we can never find a way to achieving it. So when I decided to go to school this summer, I have already made an initiative? Then actually getting myself up to registering for school and choosing my classes, I have started the process. Now it is up to me to follow through with my goal and to keep in mind of the reward at the end!
